Apex Legends PC Game is a hero battle royale free-to-play video game. Respawn Entertainment developed and Electronic Arts published this game. The game was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows in February 2019. Later a Nintendo Switch game version released in March 2021. Apex Legends allows cross-platform play. This game has set in the same sci-fi universe as Respawn Entertainment’s series of Titanfall.
Apex Legends game has 2 gameplay modes. In the Battle Royale, can be added up to twenty-three-person squads or thirty-two-person duos on an island. There search for supplies and weapons before attempting to defeat other players while in combat. The playing area on this island shrinks over time that forcing all players to move. And also find themselves outside of the playground area which can be fatal. If the squad or duo team survives till to the end then they win the round. In battleground, players form 3-player squads and they fight against another squad of 3v3 team deathmatch. Which is over rounds in a series to determine the match-winner. A team wins when the team has at least three points and is two points ahead.
Gameplay
Apex Legends video game is a multiplayer online battle royale game. It featuring squads of 3 players using characters which is pre-made and it is similar to hero shooters. An alternate mode which has been introduced accepting for single and two-player squads. The game is totally free-to-play & can be monetized through microtransactions & loot boxes. That allows players to spend real money and also in-game currency from cosmetic items. For example, outfits for Legends and varieties of colors for weapons.
In this game, each match features twenty teams with 3-player squads. Players also can join their friends in a squad and also can start match randomly with online players. Before start, the match, a player of the squad can select one character from the Seventeen playable characters. Every single character has a unique design, abilities, and personality that provide supreme playstyles to the team. Then all teams are placed on aircraft that pass over this game map. In each squad, one player is the jumpmaster, who is selecting when the squad needs to skydive out from the aircraft. Also where to land along with concurrence of the other team members. However, all players are totally free to move from the squad path.
Once they get on the ground, a squad can search and collect armor, weapons, and other equipment. Which is sporadic around buildings, also in crates randomly can be distributed all around the map, when a squad keeps finding other squads. This game added a nonverbal communication system that allows team members to use in-game communication for sending squad members certain directions. Which really helps to find out enemies, weapon locations, and suggested strategies.
