Streets of Rage 4 PC Game is a beat ’em up video game. This game was developed by Lizardcube, Dotemu, & also Guard Crush Games. This is the sequel of the Streets of Rage series of Sega’s. It was released in 2020 for Nintendo Switch, Windows, PlayStation 4, macOS, Xbox One, and Linux. Later, also a Stadia version was released on 15th July 2021. The game has received generally lots of positive reviews from critics. It has sold 1.5 plus million copies worldwide.
Gameplay
Streets of Rage 4 game is a beat ’em up side-scrolling video game. Where up to 4 players locally and 2 players online fight play against waves of enemies. Which are aided by disposable weaponry and item pickups. Besides throws, standard attacks, and Blitz Moves. Where each playable character holds a set of unique attacks. It can be performed while even have some health. However, you can restore spent health on special attacks. That is possible by performing progressive follow-up attacks even without getting hit. In addition, each playable character has an individual “Star Move”. It can be accomplished by collecting Stars at each level. In this game, a new combo system has been introduced. Which with the capacity to juggle enemies against walls & other players. It also allowing you to earn extra points.
Players going through every level in the game as the story has told. In addition, a stage was unlocked after cleaning Story Mode. You have an inadequate number of lives that depending on the complexity setting. But you can earn more by collecting a certain amount of points. If every player loses the whole of their life. Then they will need to retry that level from the beginning. Upon clearing each level, you receive a rank. Which is based on how many points you scored. All points earned for a lifetime score. That helps towards unlocking extra playable characters. This game also emphasizes a retro audio option.
